First Class Etiquette is the International Etiquette and Protocol Academy in Malta providing training and consultancy services for executives, individuals and youth in English and Maltese both locally and overseas. First Class Etiquette proudly brings the International Etiquette and Protocol Academy of London’s exclusive training programmes to Malta and much more.

As the world grows smaller, cross-cultural competence and an understanding of etiquette are increasingly becoming the soft skills that foster confidence and grace to master every experience in life.
