Meet Your Trainers

A specialist in diversity and inclusion strategies, intercultural relations and intercultural and inter-religious conflict management with more than 10 years of experience working with companies and organisations around the world, she is the founder of Global Mindset Development – GMD Malta.

Viviana has a Ph.D. in Sociology and has worked for both corporations and not-for-profit organisations in Europe, North America and the Middle East as well as a consultant for The World Bank, the Migration Policy Institute (MPI), the Robert Kennedy Foundation (RFK), the International Organization on Migration (IOM) and the United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute (UNICRI). She has also been commissioned as a trainer for The World Bank, Deloitte Malta, the Institute for Education, United Network Europa, JAYE and Erasmus.

Clive Cusens is a Language and Communications specialist. With a long and diverse international career spanning five countries in the fields of diplomacy, public speaking and language teaching, Clive has coached several high-profile clients.

He has a Masters in EU International Relations & Diplomacy Studies from the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium, is a Cambridge-certified teacher of English and worked in a number of EU institutions as well as a diplomat for the Republic of Malta in Brussels. He founded Eloquent Language in 2016 and now focuses on delivering seminars to companies and also coaches one-to-one clients.

Ramona Galea is an International Business Etiquette and Protocol Consultant and Cross Cultural Specialist trained and certified in London by the International Etiquette and Protocol Academy of London. With over 25 years’ experience in the corporate field, Ramona brings her expertise and observations to her clients to enhance their professional presence on a global scale.

Apart from being certified and licensed by the International Etiquette and Protocol Academy of London, Ramona also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Henley Management College, UK and a Master of Arts degree in Protocol and Soft Diplomacy Skills from the International School of Protocol and Diplomacy, Brussels. Her extensive management experience of working in various industries and in multi-cultural environments enables her to provide her clients with the critical skills that will help them confidently navigate both professional and social situations.

She is the founder of First Class Etiquette, a boutique soft skills training academy.
