Young Diplomats – Ages 4 – 7 years

Young children are highly influenced by our behaviour, actions and way of communicating. These training programmes, specifically developed with this age-group in mind, include activity-filled, role-playing etiquette as well as character building exercises to ensure they understand the importance of the core values; courtesy, respect, sharing and good manners. The workshop encourages children’s development through age-appropriate, play-nourished activities incorporating both instruction and entertaining practice.

Featured in the course is our mascot, Peppermint the Polite Puppy®. A hand puppet that is sure to fascinate these young children and that also appears in the illustrated take-home handouts. Peppermint will capture the children’s affections through her presence during the workshop.

Just for Teens – Ages 13 – 17 years

Instilling the values and ensuring our children are confident enough to handle peer pressure is one of a parent’s/guardian’s objective. Our aim is to encourage our children to evolve into young adults with their own self-identity and to develop their confidence, rational thinking and self-esteem.

The First Class Etiquette ‘Teen Etiquette & Dining Programmes’ are designed to provide adolescents the social skills necessary for them to grow and mature into confident, self-assured adults.  The workshops are designed to meet the needs of this age group.  Highly interactive and entertaining, they are in harmony with the growing emphasis on character education and positive self-esteem.

Let us reinforce your teachings by providing your teen with the leadership skills required to manage a variety of situations with confidence, assertiveness and poise as well as to prepare them for success in today’s global economy.
