Ramona successfully completes three training programmes in London under the direct tuition of globally renowned international etiquette and protocol expert, Ms Tamiko Zablith, Founder and Managing Director of The International Etiquette and Protocol Academy in London.
She is fully certified and licensed to deliver the exclusive Minding Manners training programmes in International Business, Social and Youth Etiquette and Protocol as well as train the discerning individuals in cross culture competency.
